PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how KD Workforce Group LLC (“KDWG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit or use our website, job board, profiles, applications, employer tools, messaging features, memberships, maps, notifications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information you provide directly, information generated through Platform activity, and information collected automatically through technology.
A. Account and Identity Information This may include:
(a) name;

(c) phone number;
(d) account type;
(e) member identification number;
(f) login and authentication information;
(g) account creation date;
(h) communication preferences;
and (i) consent records.
B. Job Seeker Information
This may include:
(a) name and contact information;
(b) address, city, and state;
(c) work history;
(d) job preferences;
(e) industries and job categories;
(f) certifications, qualifications, licenses, and skills;
(g) resumes and uploaded documents;
(h) per diem preferences;
(i) profile visibility and contact-information settings;
(j) saved jobs;
(k) applications;
(l) employer likes;
(m) messages and notifications;
and (n) other information submitted through a profile or application.
C. Employer and Recruiter Information
This may include:
(a) company name;
(b) company logo;
(c) website;
(d) industries;
(e) company size;
(f) company description;
(g) contact person;
(h) contact email and phone number;
(i) company address;
(j) membership plan;
(k) billing and subscription status;
(l) active and historical job listings;
(m) messages, likes, applications, and candidate activity;
and (n) account settings and preferences.
D. Job Listing Information
This may include:
(a) job title;
(b) employer;
(c) industry and category;
(d) employment type;
(e) job location and address;
(f) state and city;
(g) pay information;
(h) per diem information;
(i) description;
(j) benefits;
(k) certifications;
(l) application methods;
(m) job status;
(n) posting and expiration dates;
and (o) other information supplied by the employer.
E. Communications and Activity
We may collect:
(a) messages sent through the Platform;
(b) applications;
(c) employer likes;
(d) notification activity;
(e) customer support communications;
(f) reports and complaints;
(g) transaction and consent records;
(h) pages visited;
(i) button clicks;
(j) search and filter activity;
and (k) actions taken in employer or job seeker dashboards.
F. Payment and Membership Information
Payments may be processed by Wix or other payment providers. We may receive or store:
(a) plan selected;
(b) subscription status;
(c) order identifier;
(d) payment status;
(e) billing dates;
(f) cancellation status;
(g) limited payment-method information supplied by the processor;
and (h) transaction history.
KDWG does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
G. Automatically Collected Information
Depending on your device, browser, cookies, and Platform configuration, we or our service providers may collect:
(a) IP address;
(b) browser type;
(c) device type;
(d) operating system;
(e) referring pages;
(f) approximate location derived from IP address
(g) session information;
(h) cookie identifiers;
(i) login and security events;
(j) timestamps;
(k) diagnostic information;
and (l) usage and analytics data.
H. Location and Map Information
When a job, employer, or user submits an address or location, the Platform may process that information to display listings, search results, maps, or map pins. Map services may receive location queries, coordinates, IP addresses, device information, or usage information according to their own privacy practices.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to:
(a) create and manage accounts;
(b) operate job seeker and employer dashboards;
(c) publish and display job listings;
(d) display profiles to authorized users;
(e) process job applications;
(f) allow employers to like or message job seekers;
(g) provide recommended jobs or candidates;
(h) operate search, filters, maps, and matching features;
(i) manage memberships, listing limits, billing, renewals, and cancellations;
(j) send account, application, message, subscription, security, and service notifications;
(k) respond to support requests;
(l) investigate fraud, misuse, harassment, or security concerns;
(m) enforce our Terms and other agreements;
(n) preserve records related to disputes or legal obligations;
(o) improve the Platform;
(p) measure performance and usage;
(q) prevent unauthorized access;
(r) comply with law and lawful legal process;
and (s) protect KDWG, users, and third parties.
4. HOW PROFILE INFORMATION IS SHARED
A. Job Seeker Profiles Job seeker profiles may be visible to authorized employers and recruiters using the Platform. Depending on user settings and Platform features, visible information may include:
(a) name;
(b) location;
(c) industries and job categories;
(d) experience and qualifications;
(e) certifications;
(f) resume information;
(g) job preferences;
(h) contact information;
and (i) other profile content.
Job seekers may be given controls to hide certain contact information. Those controls do not guarantee anonymity because other profile details may identify the user.
B. Employer Profiles and Job Listings Employer information and job listings may be visible publicly or to registered users. This may include:
(a) company name;
(b) logo;
(c) website;
(d) company description;
(e) location;
(f) job information;
(g) application methods;
and (h) contact information selected for publication.
C. Applications and Messages
When a job seeker applies, relevant application and profile information may be shared with the employer associated with that listing. When a user sends a message or other communication, the recipient receives the information included in that communication.
5. SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may use third-party service providers to operate the Platform. These may include:
(a) Wix for website hosting, member accounts, databases, subscriptions, payments, email tools, analytics, and related services; (b) Mapbox or other mapping providers for address processing, maps, and location display;
(c) payment processors;
(d) email delivery providers;
(e) cloud hosting and storage providers;
(f) security, fraud-prevention, and monitoring providers;
(g) analytics providers; and
(h) professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and consultants.
These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. LEGAL AND SAFETY DISCLOSURES
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with a subpoena, court order, warrant, governmental request, or other lawful process;
(b) enforce our Terms or another agreement;
(c) investigate fraud, threats, harassment, misuse, or illegal activity;
(d) protect the rights, property, safety, or security of KDWG, users, or others;
(e) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
(f) preserve evidence;
(g) collect amounts owed;
or (h) respond to an emergency.
7. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other business transaction. Any successor may continue to use information subject to this Privacy Policy unless notice is provided otherwise.
8. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
KDWG does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly than ordinary language. KDWG may use service providers, analytics, cookies, or integrations that process information to operate or measure the Platform. Where legally required, users may be provided with privacy choices, cookie controls, or opt-out mechanisms.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Platform and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, log files, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used to:
(a) keep users signed in;
(b) remember preferences;
(c) maintain security;
(d) process membership and checkout activity;
(e) measure traffic and Platform performance;
(f) understand how features are used;
(g) diagnose errors; and
(h) support analytics or integrations.
Some cookies are necessary for the Platform to function. Other cookies may be optional or used for analytics. Where required, the Platform may display a cookie banner or consent controls. Browser settings may also allow users to block or delete cookies, although doing so may prevent some Platform features from working properly.
10. EMAIL, PHONE, AND SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS
We may contact users concerning:
(a) account verification;
(b) applications;
(c) employer interest;
(d) messages;
(e) job or candidate activity;
(f) memberships and payments;
(g) security issues;
(h) support requests;
(i) disputes;
(j) changes to policies;
or (k) other Platform-related matters. Users may be able to manage certain notification preferences. Transactional, security, legal, billing, and essential service communications may still be sent when necessary. KDWG does not currently promise SMS notification services unless such a feature is expressly enabled.
11. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
(a) provide the Platform;
(b) maintain accounts;
(c) process transactions;
(d) enforce agreements;
(e) prevent fraud;
(f) resolve disputes;
(g) comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or recordkeeping obligations;
(h) preserve evidence;
and (i) protect KDWG and users.
Retention periods vary by record type. Deleting an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all information. We may retain information that is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, financial records, consent records, or enforcement. Public content, cached data, backups, and information previously shared with other users may not disappear immediately.
12. ACCOUNT AND DATA REQUESTS
Users may request:
(a) access to certain personal information;
(b) correction of inaccurate information;
(c) deletion of an account or profile;
(d) a copy of certain information;
(e) changes to communication preferences;
or (f) information about privacy practices.

We may deny, limit, or delay a request where permitted by law, including when necessary to protect another person’s rights, preserve evidence, prevent fraud, comply with law, maintain required records, or protect Platform security.
13. JOB SEEKER ACCOUNT DELETION
A job seeker may request complete account and profile deletion by emailing devon.riley@kd-workforce-group.com. The request should be sent from the email address associated with the account and should identify the account to be deleted. Deletion may remove or deactivate the profile from normal Platform use. Certain records may be retained as described in this Privacy Policy.
14. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no website, database, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. KDWG cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting account passwords and should notify KDWG promptly of suspected unauthorized access. 15. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Platform is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old. KDWG does not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create accounts. If we learn that a person under 18 created an account or submitted personal information, we may suspend the account and delete or restrict the information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. A parent or legal guardian who believes a minor submitted information may contact devon.riley@kd-workforce-group.com.
16. UNITED STATES OPERATIONS
KDWG is based in Missouri, United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Users outside the United States understand that privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws of their home jurisdiction.
17. STATE AND REGIONAL PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where a user resides, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or opt-out choices. KDWG will evaluate verified requests under applicable law. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND EMPLOYER WEBSITES The Platform may link to employer websites, external application pages, social media, maps, or other third-party services. KDWG is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, security, content, or conduct. Users should review the privacy policy of any external site before submitting information.
19. PUBLIC INFORMATION
Information posted publicly may be viewed, copied, saved, or shared by others. KDWG cannot control how third parties use information they lawfully access from public pages. Users should avoid publishing sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank information, complete birth dates, medical records, passwords, or government identification numbers.
20. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Do not submit highly sensitive information unless a specific Platform feature clearly requires it. KDWG does not request that users publish:
(a) Social Security numbers;
(b) bank-account credentials;
(c) payment-card security codes;
(d) medical records;
(e) passport numbers;
(f) driver’s license numbers;
(g) biometric identifiers;
or (h) account passwords. Employers should not use the Platform to collect sensitive information unlawfully.
21. AUTOMATED RECOMMENDATIONS AND MATCHING
The Platform may use profile fields, job fields, preferences, industries, categories, certifications, location, per diem preferences, and other information to suggest jobs or candidates. Recommendations are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. KDWG does not make final employment decisions through automated matching.
22. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acknowledgment of the updated practices, to the extent permitted by law.
